Lid & Liner is an online publisher. There is no storefront, no phone line and no mailing address — email is the way to reach us, and it is read.

What is most useful to send
- A specification that is wrong, ideally with a link to the manufacturer page that contradicts it. This is the single most useful thing we receive.
- A product that has been discontinued. We remove discontinued products and re-rank rather than leaving a dead recommendation in place.
- A broken or misdirected link.
- A question we have not answered. If enough people ask the same thing, it becomes a page.
- A question about how the site is funded — see the disclosure page first, then ask.
What we cannot help with: warranty claims, returns, or product support. Those go to the manufacturer or the retailer you bought from — we do not sell anything and have no relationship with any brand named here.
What happens to a correction
We check it against the manufacturer’s own source, correct the page, and update its “last reviewed” date. Where a reader could have acted on the error — a wrong dimension, a wrong compatibility claim — we note the correction on the page rather than silently patching it.
That commitment is part of our published methodology, not a courtesy.
